The Spin Flash Dryer ValuePlus Series is a cost-effective continuous drying equipment optimized for Southeast Asian and African markets, integrating drying, pulverizing and sieving in a single unit. It is especially suitable for rapid drying of paste-like, filter-cake, slurry and powder materials.

Working Principle

Hot air enters the drying chamber from the bottom at an optimal velocity, creating a strong rotating airflow that continuously scours the chamber wall with a self-cleaning effect. Material is fed continuously by a screw feeder. Under the intense action of the high-speed rotating agitator, the material is impacted, sheared and rapidly micronized, coming into full contact with hot air for heat and mass transfer. The dried powder is carried upward by hot air, passes through a classification ring, and is collected by a cyclone separator and bag filter.

Optimizations for Southeast Asia & Africa

• Cost-effective configuration: optimized configuration while ensuring core performance, reducing equipment investment cost, suitable for small and medium-sized processing plants with limited budgets;
• Easy operation: simplified PLC touch screen control with one-button startup, no professional technicians required, suitable for local labor skill levels;
• Durable and robust: key components adopt reinforced design and wear-resistant materials, adapted to 24-hour continuous production and tropical high-humidity environments, reducing maintenance frequency;
• Low energy consumption: optimized hot air circulation system with thermal efficiency up to 60% to 75%, reducing operating costs, adaptable to unstable power supply in some regions (can be paired with diesel hot air furnace);
• Tropical climate adaptation: 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance, IP54 protection for electrical systems, adapted to high-temperature high-humidity environments;
• Local material adaptation: optimized agitator blade and classification ring design for popular Southeast Asian and African materials (cassava, starch, coconut, palm oil by-products, cocoa, coffee, mineral sand, etc.).

Technical Advantages

Extremely fast drying with material residence time of only 5 to 30 seconds; directly dries filter-cake and paste materials into qualified powder products in one pass without pretreatment; compact footprint, continuous production, easy operation and maintenance; customizable agitator blade design, classification ring size and heating methods (steam, electric, thermal oil, diesel hot air furnace) based on material characteristics.

Applications

Widely used in Southeast Asian and African markets for chemical (dyes, pigments, catalysts, pesticides, fertilizers), food (cassava starch, coconut, palm oil by-products, cocoa, coffee, seasonings), agricultural products (cassava, corn, peanut, cashew), ceramic (kaolin, clay, talc), mineral (mineral sand, quartz sand, bentonite) and environmental (sludge) industries.
